Wenling Vocational and Technical College officially starts drone driving training

The global drone market has shown a rapid growth trend in recent years, with the global drone market reaching $25.6 billion in 2021, a year-on-year increase of 14%. As a leader in the drone industry, China's civilian drone market reached 86.912 billion yuan in 2021. Behind this significant growth, policy support at the national level is indispensable. The introduction of policies such as 'Made in China 2025', 'Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicles', and '14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Civil Aviation' has provided a solid policy foundation for the development of the drone industry.

In order to respond to national policies, promote the development of low altitude economy, and further promote market prosperity, Shenzhen Xinkong Era Aviation Development Co., Ltd. has reached a school enterprise cooperation agreement with Wenling Vocational and Technical College to carry out unmanned aerial vehicle (CAAC) license training courses for college students, providing training on basic knowledge of unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicle flight control, current norms and relevant regulations in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, safety knowledge, and other aspects. The courses began on the morning of December 20th at the playground of Wenling Vocational and Technical College.

At present, the drone industry chain covers multiple links such as design and research and development, key raw material manufacturing, system integration, and service supply. In the upstream, the design and development of drones, as well as the manufacturing of key raw materials, are crucial, including the development of mission payloads, components, and subsystems. The midstream is occupied by drone system integrators, responsible for integrating various types of drones such as security, fire protection, plant protection, film and television shooting, power inspection, surveying, etc. The downstream is composed of drone service providers and application fields, widely used in film and television production, geographic mapping, security monitoring, oil and gas exploration, competitive entertainment, and power detection.

In November 2024, Shenzhen Xinkong Era Aviation Development Co., Ltd. has jointly established a drone talent training base with the school. We believe that through the construction of this base, not only can it provide more opportunities and broad prospects for the career of students at the school, but it can also greatly promote the development of the mid range of low altitude economy and cultivate reserve talents for drone driving and application.
